Philippe has worked in private equity and M&A markets for the past 20 years. He has served on the boards of more than 30 companies and overseen more than 100 investments in almost every sector of the economy. Philippe holds an MBA from HEC Paris. He is a French citizen and is fluent in English and Russian.

Jeremy has been a significant shareholder in three companies that were sold to strategic investors over the past 20 years: an investment bank (Brunswick Brokerage) bought by UBS in 1998; a top retailer (Jamilco); and a medical brand sold to Sinclair IS Pharma in 2014. Jeremy is a UK citizen and a graduate of the University of Oxford.

George is an English qualified lawyer and was previously with the law firms Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (London and Paris) and White & Case (Moscow and Paris), primarily specializing in the energy and private equity sectors. A citizen of the UK, George also speaks French and Russian.

Ludovic was previously a manager at Mazars Financial Advisory Services. He is an expert on due diligence assignments on both seller and buyer side for corporate and private equity clients. He has assisted with more than 20 domestic and international transactions on small/middle/large cap companies in various sectors.

Stéphane Petrossian is a private equity and M&A lawyer in Paris, Singapore and New York for the past ten years. He has been involved in a wide range of investment opportunities including many iconic LBOs in the US and UK. He also has a strong experience in European and Asian transactions and advised renowned private equity funds and family offices. Stéphane is an alumni of Cornell Law School in New York.

Nicholas worked as manager in a Chartered Accountancy firm for more than four years. He was responsible for the establishment of financial statements for over thirty companies. He has a Master’s Degree In accountancy and management from the National Institute of Economics and Accounting Techniques (INTEC) in Paris. He has both French and British nationalities.

Charles has worked in the venture capital and investment industry for forty years. During the past twenty-six years he has served as a consultant to international investment funds and investors with interests in Russia and Ukraine. Charles holds an MBA degree from UCLA, and a BS in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University.

Golshid has worked for the past two years as a meeting, incentive, conference and exhibition planner with luxury hotels in Paris. She holds an MBA degree in Event Management from La Rochelle Business School. She is a Persian native speaker and also speaks English and French.

Anup previously worked at LMVM in Madrid as an analyst in the Corporate Finance Advisory Services department. Before that he was a research consultant for the leading investment bank of his home country: Nepal. He was educated at Instituto de Empresa in Madrid and is fluent in four languages: Nepali, Hindi, English and Spanish.
